Matcha
Matcha is made by grinding the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant into a fine powder, which is then used to make a traditional Japanese tea ceremony beverage and also as an ingredient in various foods and drinks.
Matcha has a high concentration of antioxidants and polyphenols. It has been shown to boost the metabolism, improve focus and concentration, and even promote heart health. Additionally, it's a great source of dietary fibre, vitamins C and E, and minerals like zinc, chromium, and magnesium.
